HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS CHALLENGE
1. Check the labels for farmed fish, check the farmed responsibly ASC certified label for wild fish, look for the certified sustainable seafood MSC label VIDEO Choose locally caught, sustainably managed fish or herbivorous farmed stocks like tilapia, catfish, and carp. Seafood lower on the food chain includes clams, mussels and squid.
