Having a connection with nature is beneficial for the well-being of both humans and the natural world, as it helps appreciating and protecting nature. Immersing yourself in nature is a good step to reconnect and bring it back in your everyday life.
HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS CHALLENGE
1. Walk in the nature
Find around your place a park, forest or a beach where you can have a walk. Walk slowly and take your time to look, listen and connect with the surrounding nature. Breath deeply and slowly.
Connect physically with nature by hugging a tree or by walking barefoot in nature. It keeps us aware of our surroundings. The ground also absorbs free electrons through our feet, which has a physical effect. Study

It can be a community garden, tiny balcony garden or anything that you are able to manage.Join an existing community garden
3. Relax and observe
Sit by the water, and relax, observe and focus on the present.
4. Take action
Protect nature and start to take action, you can clean beaches, parks, forests. You can observe biodiversity and report it
